So, you’ve got a big celebration coming up, but you’ve got enough on your plate? This option is all-encompassing. We will assist you in the matching and booking of your venue, caterer and all additional vendors. We will work closely with the venue’s director, meeting with them and you, to iron out all of the logistics. We will make the event as personalized as you’d like and provide ample details along the way. With real-time updates provided to you, you can be in the know as much or as little as you’d like. Leave it to us to be there from beginning to end.
Partial Planning & Design
So, you’ve got the vision, but you need a little direction and a lot of organization? We will assist in matching you with up to three vendors as part of your base package price. You can pick which additional services you would like, a la carte, depending on your event’s needs. We will work with you to provide real-time updates on the planning process and fully coordinate your event.

So, you’ve planned it all out; you have the perfect venue, the yummy food, your favorite music, the décor and all the extras. Way to go! Our, Day-of Coordination, is perfect for the person or couple who would like to enjoy all their hard work and just party. They need someone trustworthy to execute their event’s vision and manage the day. (That’s us!)
The day-of coordinator in charge of your event will get all of the pertinent details starting one month from the event date. We will create a timeline, communicate with all of your vendors and ensure the venue is ready. We will be the first person at the venue on the day-of and the last person to leave, so your event goes off without a hitch.
